Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a mobile Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, performing services that meet OEM standards and documenting results with integrity.

The role requires ADAS expertise, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with shops and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing and servicing a wide range of vehicle systems, with ADAS emphasis.
Ability to perform calibrations (levels 1–3) and vehicle programming.
Proficient in reading OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring diagrams.
Strong verbal and written communication for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
Maintain and secure tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Stay current on OEM protocols through required training.
Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
Work assigned schedule including Saturday coverage as required.
