Job summary

ATE - Automotive Technology Experts seeks a Field Technician to perform mobile diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, documenting OEM-compliant work and validating repairs through test drives.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of automotive experience, deep ADAS knowledge, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and interpreting service information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide professional customer service and effective communication with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure tools, equipment, and vehicles issued by ATE.
