Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM required.
• Experience with Keysight ADS and EM tools HFSS, Momentum.
• Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICs.

Responsibilities

• Own MMIC development process including RF and DC topology choices.
• Collaborate with MMIC engineers to improve development process and first-pass success.
• Participate in design reviews and document decisions for high-quality outputs.
