Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX, is seeking a skilled MMIC design engineer to join our RF/MMIC team. You will lead design, analysis, and verification of RF/mm-wave ICs, collaborating with MMIC engineers to ensure high-quality, manufacturable designs that meet specifications.

Requirements include a STEM master's degree and hands-on experience with Keysight ADS and EM tools (HFSS, Momentum), plus experience with GaN/GaAs/CMOS MMICs. Onsite role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience with Keysight ADS and EM tools (HFSS, Momentum).
• Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICs.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all aspects of the MMIC development process, including RF/DC topology choices, performance analysis, and verification to specifications.
• Collaborate with MMIC engineers to share lessons‑learned and improve the development process.
• Participate in design reviews and document design decisions to ensure outputs are high quality and simulatable.
