Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, Texas is seeking an engineer to design and deploy RF passive circuits and perform EM modeling as part of the Airborne Antenna Design team. The role focuses on radiators, RF manifolds, transitions, and related modeling efforts in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will collaborate with program leadership, adhere to engineering processes, and develop solutions to complex problems while onsite at the McKinney facility. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with passive circuit design or EM modeling.
  • Experience with test equipment including Antenna Ranges, Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Power Meters.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy RF passive circuits and EM modeling.
  • Follow established procedures and coordinate with program leadership to meet design objectives.
  • Implement best practices and sound engineering processes in RF design work.
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Travel may be periodically required.
