Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior MMIC Design Engineer to join the Microelectronics Department. You will lead the complete MMIC development cycle for GaN/GaAs/CMOS devices, including technology selection, RF/DC topology, layout, test, and customer interfacing. The role focuses on high-performance ICs for DoD applications.

You will collaborate with fellow MMIC engineers, conduct rigorous reviews, and ensure designs meet specifications. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• A minimum of 5 years related MMIC design and/or test experience.
• Experience with Keysight ADS and EM tools HFSS, Momentum.
• Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the MMIC development process from RF/DC topology choices to performance documentation.
• Collaborate with other MMIC engineers to improve process and increase first-pass success.
• Participate in design reviews and document decisions to ensure high-quality outputs.
