UFC Gym in Miami is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead a team of coaches, deliver outstanding member service and drive growth in private training and supplement revenue. You will supervise scheduling, timekeeping and policy enforcement to ensure a productive, customer-focused club.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching experience, and a commitment to operational excellence, with a focus on achieving financial and service goals across the club.

Qualifications

• Certification from UFC Gym recognized organization
• Current CPR/AED certification
• High school diploma or GED; four-year degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related experience; management/employee relations experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Staffing and development: recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and future leaders
• Club administration: set goals, run meetings, manage member services and ensure compliance
• Sell and conduct personal training: drive private training revenue, manage client programs and scheduling
• Oversee daily operations, ensure policy adherence and high performance across the club
