Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Mixer to ensure all mixes and grinds meet quality and yield standards and align with the production schedule. The role requires preparing batches per guidelines and maintaining records in writing and in the ERP system.

You will follow safety and SQF requirements, assist with changeovers, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced plant environment. Physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with food manufacturing machinery.
• 1–2 years experience following SOPs and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mixes and grinds meet quality and yield standards.
• Prepare batches per guidelines and production schedule.
• Maintain accurate records in writing and in the ERP system.
• Follow Safety, SQF, and company policies.
• Report equipment malfunctions and support preventive maintenance.
• Assist with changeovers and keep work area clean and organized.
