Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Mixer (Flour) to ensure batches meet quality, yield and schedule targets. You will prepare dough according to recipes and product specifications, verify ingredients, and coordinate with the machine operator for correct dough consistency.

You will maintain records in the ERP system and ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, including weekend shifts in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Certifications and Experience: Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOP’s, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mixing, grinding, and dough preparation to meet product specs and production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA and food safety standards; report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ERP system and related reports.
