Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking an onsite Mixer to ensure accurate batch preparation per recipes and production schedules. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and precise documentation in our food manufacturing facility in Elk Grove, CA.

Responsibilities include operating mixers and grinders, recording data in the ERP system, and coordinating with machine operators for optimal dough consistency. A 1–2 year background in food manufacturing and strong teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Grade School level; High School Diploma/GED a plus.
• 1–2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery.
• 1–2 years’ experience following SOPs, recipes, and work task specifications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Food Safety and Safety Standards (SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA).
• Operate mixer and grinder equipment per recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP/TGI systems.
• Support changeovers and quality checks to meet yield and product specs.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and equipment conditions.
• Report equipment malfunctions and document production data.
