Qualifikationen

• Education/ Certifications: High School Diploma or GED plus willingness to learn.
• 1–2 years’ experience operating food manufacturing machinery or similar.
• 1–2 years’ experience following SOPs, recipes, etc.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety and food safety standards; participate in safety training.
• Prepare dough batches per recipes and production schedule.
• Verify ingredients before mixing and maintain quality/yield.
• Record data in ERP system and maintain accurate production reports.
• Coordinate with machine operator to ensure correct dough consistency.
• Maintain clean, organized mixing areas and comply with SQF requirements.
