C. H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator in Elk Grove, CA to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing of food products. You will operate and set up production equipment, monitor processes, and maintain sanitation in the area.

Responsibilities include quality checks, adherence to SOPs and GMPs, and collaboration with supervisors and team members. This role may require overtime and flexibility during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Familiarity with GMPs and quality assurance practices.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Set up machinery and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor production flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for packaging and labeling to maintain quality.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area.
• Record production logs and inventory in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with team and be available for overtime when needed.
