Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to ensure efficient, safe production of food products. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, adhere to GMPs, and maintain sanitation in the production area.

Responsibilities include quality checks, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping in Redzone. Overtime and weekend hours may be required as part of a dynamic production schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Monitor production schedules and report issues to supervisor.
• Record production data in the reporting system.
