Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Mixer/Grinder to ensure all mixes and grinds meet quality and yield standards in line with the production schedule. You will prepare batches, maintain accurate process documentation in the ERP system, and report equipment issues to sustain efficient operations.

The role requires following SOPs, safety standards, and SQF guidelines, with a focus on teamwork and reliable performance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years experience operating food manufacturing machinery.
• 1-2 years experience following SOPs, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mixes and grinds meet quality and yield standards per production schedule.
• Prepare batches per guidelines and document process in ERP.
• Report equipment malfunctions and support preventive maintenance.
