Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) and serve as the face of SRM at every delivery, ensuring on-time, accurate service with professionalism.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols, maintain delivery records, and collaborate with dispatch for efficient routing.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
