Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL truck drivers) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and value safety, service, and teamwork, join our nationwide leader to be the face of SRM on job sites.

As a Mixer Operator, you will load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, and coordinate with dispatch for routing.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM's values on every job.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, "Go-Getter" attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
