Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete safely to commercial and residential sites. CDL Class A or B required; you’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first attitude.

You’ll perform pre/post-trip checks, maintain records, and collaborate with dispatch and plant teams. SRM emphasizes home daily, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service at job sites.
• Prior mixer/ready mix delivery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
