Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites with a Class A or B CDL. You will load, mix, and inspect concrete, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain safety by performing inspections and following DOT guidelines.

As a face of SRM, you’ll join a safety-focused team with local routes, home daily, and opportunities for growth. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with valid DOT Medical Card.
• Strong safety record and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
