Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL Mixer Drivers) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every site with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect crew and public.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
