SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, load and inspect materials, and uphold SRM's service-first standards. A valid Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card are required, with a proven safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professional representation of SRM at every job.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing.
