SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete and provide outstanding customer service. You will operate a concrete mixer truck with a Class A or B CDL, maintain safety and quality, and represent SRM with professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each job site and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
