Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to operate concrete mixer trucks, deliver to commercial and residential sites, and represent SRM with professionalism and a service-first attitude.

Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with a current DOT medical card, maintain a safe driving record, perform pre-trip inspections, and work with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries while providing outstanding customer service. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record with a commitment to safety.
• Strong focus on exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Past experience as a Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every site and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
