Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or remediation is a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance claims is beneficial.
• Ability to follow directions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours.
• Communicate daily with the Operations manager.
• Maintain a company-issued vehicle.
• Ensure daily updates in the Mitigate app.
• Be available 24/7 during on-call rotation.
