Job summary

A water damage restoration service located in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician. This role involves daily service of mitigation tasks, as well as maintaining communication with customers and managers. Ideal candidates should have restoration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with insurance claims. Qualifications

• Experience in restoration (mitigation, remediation, construction) is a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance claims is beneficial.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled hours.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app.
• Be available 24/7 when on call.
• Communicate with customers and insurance personnel.
