Job summary

Rytech of Mid-Hudson, based in Town of Hyde Park, is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in managing performance and development according to company standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with Mitigation/Remediation experience. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and able to provide exceptional customer service. The right candidate will ensure job sites are maintained to safety standards and facilitate technician training. Certification and further training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of Mitigation/Remediation experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a Respirator fit test and utilize PPE.
• Certifications required after onboarding including WRT and ASD.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between Operations Manager and Technicians.
• Ensure job sites are clean and inspection ready.
• Assist Operations Manager in training technicians.

Skills

Mitigation/Remediation estimating and scoping experience

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, oral, and written skills

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment

PC literacy and comfort with programs like Microsoft Office

Education
