ServiceMaster Restoration by David in Nashville, TN seeks an exceptional Mitigation Department Manager to lead our mitigation team. The right candidate will own day-to-day operations, deliver high-quality workmanship, and build scalable systems while guiding people.

We value strong leadership, integrity, accountability, and the ability to train and mentor staff. Restoration experience is helpful but not required; we will train the right person to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to build systems and develop people.
• Restoration industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the mitigation department and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for the team to follow.
• Monitor performance, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Train and mentor employees to help them reach their potential.
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
