ServiceMaster Restore® in Nashville, TN is seeking dedicated technicians to support disaster response teams. No experience is required; you will receive training and opportunities for growth while helping clients recover from emergencies.

You will secure sites, document work, and assist with mitigation and cleaning per our protocols. A strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude are essential. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically demanding tasks.
• Must be dependable and maintain a positive attitude on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort to clients whose home or office has been hit by disaster.
• Secure and stabilize the area.
• Assess and perform mitigation, demo, and cleaning according to protocol.
• Ensure accurate documentation, notes, and photo uploads.
