Restoration industry experience is helpful, but it is not required. The right person will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, high moral character, and the ability to build systems and develop people.

As Mitigation Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our mitigation department and ensuring that our team consistently delivers excellent service and quality workmanship.
