Responsibilities

• Lead Mitigation Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee site safety, quality, and production standards.
• Deploy and monitor restoration equipment; interpret project scopes.
• Track equipment usage and data in PSA and Encircle systems.
• Communicate project updates directly to homeowners or business owners.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and communicate value.
