Unlimited Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Manager / Restoration Supervisor to lead commercial restoration projects from emergency response to completion.

This hands-on leadership role demands technical expertise, strong estimating ability, and the capacity to oversee field crews while delivering exceptional customer service and financial results. The candidate will manage projects across the Greater Philadelphia area, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, and ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restoration industry or equivalent leadership in commercial mitigation.
• Experience leading mitigation crews and supervising restoration projects.
• Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility/Cotality; strong T&M estimating.
• Working knowledge of Symbility and related restoration software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation projects from initial loss through completion.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Supervise 3-5 technicians; maintain schedules, safety, and quality.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, documentation, and profitability.
• Serve as field supervisor on large commercial or catastrophe losses.
