A Mitigation Restoration Supervisor will lead field operations for United Property Restoration Services, overseeing daily project execution, crew management, and client communication while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of Mitigation Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
- Oversee site safety, work quality, and production standards throughout each project lifecycle.
- Deploy, monitor, and remove restoration equipment; interpret project scopes to facilitate timely completions.
- Calculate psychrometric and moisture readings, track equipment usage, and manage data entry within PSA and Encircle software.
- Communicate project updates directly with insured homeowners or business owners to provide clarity and peace of mind.
- Formulate accurate project estimates and communicate the value of specialized services to potential clients.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical emergency services during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 2–4 years of related restoration experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
- Ability to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
- Strong common-sense reasoning to execute written or oral instructions and resolve variable, real-world field issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning industry-specific software.

- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Odor Control Technician (OCT)
- Leather / Hard Surface Cleaning
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
- Ozone, Chemical, and other specialty certifications
