Job summary

United Property Restoration Services seeks a Mitigation Restoration Supervisor to lead field operations, oversee daily project execution, and manage crews while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on restoration projects.

You will communicate with homeowners or business owners, prepare project estimates, and participate in on-call emergency services during nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires strong report writing and math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of restoration experience or education.
• Ability to write reports and speak effectively to groups of customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Strong common-sense reasoning to execute written or oral instructions and resolve field issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of Mitigation Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee site safety, work quality, and production standards throughout each project lifecycle.
• Deploy, monitor, and remove restoration equipment; interpret project scopes to facilitate timely completions.
• Calculate psychrometric and moisture readings, track equipment usage, and manage data entry within PSA and Encircle software.
• Communicate project updates directly with insured homeowners or business owners to provide clarity and peace of mind.
• Formulate accurate project estimates and communicate the value of specialized services to potential clients.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical emergency services during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
