Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Crofton, MD is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to lead field operations, manage projects, and drive growth.

You will create estimates in Xactimate, review losses with customers, and supervise technicians while delivering exceptional customer service and adherence to IICRC standards. The role offers hands-on start with expansion into leadership as the division grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration/construction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders, plan route, and load required equipment.
• Complete jobs per processes within budget and quality standards.
• May monitor active jobs and communicate with customers.
• Maintain records of personnel and resources; report billable events.
• Create estimates in Xactimate; inspect and scope jobs onsite.
• Document losses with photos and notes; explain drying steps to customers.
• Coordinate with adjusters and customers; obtain customer signatures.
• Train new technicians or key operational staff.
• Prepare documentation for insurance reimbursements.
