DRYmedic Restoration Services in Virginia is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead our mitigation team, schedule projects, and ensure top-quality results from start to finish, leveraging strong communication with customers, adjusters, and staff.

You will sell new projects, develop scopes, and manage projects using Xactimate and DASH to keep workflows on track. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience required.
• Sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• IICRC certifications WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT preferred.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Experience with estimating software like Xactimate.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Inspects new job opportunities
• Sells and signs up new opportunities for service
• Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects
• Develops project scopes
• Manage Client, adjuster, and other participants' communication
• Direct assigned team members on job sites
• Develop and Monitor job workflows
• Organize sub-contractors as needed on the job site
• Order vendors as needed for the job site
• Manage job site issues
• Manages DASH job files assigned to you
• Estimate jobs in Xactimate
• Create the final Invoice in Xactimate
• Other duties as required
