ServiceMaster Restore in Spartanburg, SC is looking for an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and emergency-service operations. This hands‑on leadership role requires managing people, multiple active projects, and accurate documentation to ensure profitability and excellent customer experiences.

You will oversee scopes, plans, schedules, and job costs, train the mitigation team, and coordinate with customers, adjusters, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, or disaster recovery.
• Proven track record managing employees, schedules, and multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of scopes, drying documentation, job costs, and profitability.
• Leadership, organization, accountability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, managers, vendors, and teams.
• IICRC certifications, restoration-management software experience, and estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own mitigation projects from initial response through completion, including scopes and costs.
• Lead, train, and hold the team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and service.
• Ensure projects are properly scoped, documented, monitored, and completed to standards.
• Inspect work at key stages and ensure readiness for billing and handover.
• Keep customers and partners informed about timelines and changes.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop mitigation team members.
• Coordinate emergency-response coverage and staffing planning.
