Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will review priorities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

You will serve as the link between field teams and leadership, reporting progress and facilitating solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change ordersPerform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
