Job summary

FIRST ONSITE, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, organize resources, and direct delivery teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. You will monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, collaborating with leadership to deliver high-quality work in line with client requirements and First Onsite policies.

You will oversee safety programs, coordinate with subcontractors, prepare reports, and ensure documentation is accurate while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
