Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Mitigation Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and lead Mitigation Coordinators. You will work with Project Managers and field leadership to keep projects scheduled, staffed, documented, and moving toward completion.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills to support efficient, profitable operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation, property restoration, or a related production management environment.
• Experience managing employees, coordinating schedules, and overseeing multiple active projects.
• Understanding mitigation workflows, project documentation, resource planning, job costs, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with clear expectations and accountability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Mitigation Coordinators through clear expectations and coaching.
• Run production meetings to review schedules, progress, documentation, and forecasts.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and emergency response needs.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve production challenges and keep jobs moving.
• Ensure accurate time allocation, PTO reviews, and cost information.
• Coordinate equipment availability and utilization with Field Supervisor.
• Maintain clear office-field communication to support project success.
• Ensure diaries, production sheets, and cost data are current in job files.
• Promptly submit invoices to Job Cost Accountants.
• Prepare production forecasts and adjust to meet budgets.
• Inform division leadership of large losses, opportunities, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and customer service.
