Job summary

AdvantaClean of Norcross and Buford is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor to own end-to-end mitigation projects. You’ll lead crews, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure work is safe, on time, and to the highest standards.

You will work closely with estimators and clients, communicate clearly, and manage documentation and field operations to support company growth. This role requires field presence and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mitigation management experience.
• IICRC certifications required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of water, mold and restoration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety and accountability.
• Professional presence and willingness to be in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage multiple mitigation crews across active jobs.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep jobs moving.
• Ensure work aligns with scope and industry standards.
• Partner with estimators to align scope and execution.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and third parties throughout the job.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and solve problems in real time.
• Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Enforce safety standards and proper job site practices.
• Manage vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
• Support business growth by maintaining a full and productive schedule.
