Supplied Talent is seeking a Mitigation Specialist to join our Atlanta-area field team, handling on-site mitigation for water, fire, and mold events. You will document progress, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with lead technicians and office staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in water mitigation or related trades, strong communication, and experience with moisture readings and equipment setup. This full-time role includes on‑call rotations and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must understand mitigation procedures and equipment.
• Ability to follow scopes of work and safety instructions.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage events with on-site mitigation.
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and logs.
• Coordinate with Lead Technicians, Project Managers, and office staff.
• Set up and maintain mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers).
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements.
