All Dry Services of Atlanta is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee field crews on water, fire, smoke, and biohazard remediation projects. You will direct technicians, manage site documentation, and act as the primary contact between field crew and the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, safety compliance, and coaching teammates. Requires IICRC WRT/FSRT certifications or commitment to obtain them, 2+ years in mitigation, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT or FSRT certification required or must be obtained within a set timeframe.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to coach and train others.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily on-site activities for water, fire, smoke, and biohazard losses.
• Direct and support mitigation technicians in performing demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, and monitoring.
• Ensure that all work follows safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Maintain job site documentation, including photos, notes, equipment logs, and moisture readings.
• Communicate job progress and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist with pack-out and inventory of customer belongings when required.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm projects meet company and industry standards.
• Train and mentor technicians on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring they are organized and in good working order.
• Serve as the professional point of contact for customers on the job site, addressing questions and providing updates.
