Job summary

Mitigate Inc. in the Atlanta metro area seeks an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to guide mitigation and emergency services projects from initial response through completion.

You will lead crews, prepare estimates and scopes, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, profitability, and compliance with industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a working knowledge of water

Qualifications

• Experience managing restoration, mitigation, or emergency services projects.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, odor elimination, and mold remediation.
• Ability to prepare accurate mitigation estimates and scopes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, organization, time management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mitigation and emergency services projects and crews.
• Lead field personnel to meet schedule, production goals, and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency calls during business hours and on-call rotations.
• Travel to Atlanta-area job sites to assess losses and oversee operations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, and proposals.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
• Ensure work meets plans, codes, and company standards.
• Maintain thorough project files and daily production reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and payments as needed.
• Ensure customer service excellence and prompt issue resolution.
