Job summary
Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to help communities recover after floods and fires. You will perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and related services under the Mitigation Manager's supervision.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining equipment, and participating in on-call rotations. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required, with opportunities for advancement and training.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and ready to communicate with customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Willing to work nights, weekends and overtime if needed.
- Desire to continually learn and grow with the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning according to standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site.
- Keep the truck and equipment clean, stocked, and organized.
- Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call schedule as required.
- Assist with warehousing and facility tasks and support teammates as needed.
