Paul Davis Restoration of Downtown Boston is seeking an Assistant Mitigation Manager to be a vital link between leadership and field teams. You will support mitigation operations, helping with job scheduling, documentation, and customer communications. With hands-on training, you will develop the skills necessary for advancement to a Mitigation Manager role within 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and documentation skills for reports and findings.
• Proficiency with various software applications required for the role.

• Fluency in English and a valid driver's license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support job scheduling and crew coordination for mitigation projects.
• Document mitigation scope and project details accurately.
• Assist with inspections and prepare reports for customers.
• Support the Mitigation Manager in communication and follow-up.
• Track equipment inventory and maintain organized job files.
• Work nights and weekends when needed for field operations.
• Participate in training and development programs.
