Job summary

The 1-800 WATER DAMAGE team is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead the mitigation department, supervising technicians, coordinators, fleet, warehouse and all emergency services work with the Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator.

You will manage projects, oversee estimating, and drive customer relations with all stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outcomes across restoration efforts.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor to uphold company reputation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software.
• IICRC certifications required.
• Insurance program account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mitigation technicians and departments.
