Job summary

Qualifications

• Live within commuting distance of Alsip, IL.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating, and restoration coordination, or project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously with organization, urgency, and accuracy.
• Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week/month.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from inspection handoff through final billing.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare estimates, revisions, and supplements based on documented scope.
• Monitor job progress and escalation issues impacting timeline or profitability; communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to drive job completion.
