Job summary

Thomasville Restoration in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Crew Chief to lead jobsite management, supervise technicians, and ensure projects run safely and efficiently on time and within budget.

You will perform mitigation per IICRC standards, mentor production staff, handle on-call emergencies, review documentation, and maintain vehicles and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Relocation to Halethorpe, MD before starting is required.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certification (required).
• Disaster restoration experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate field technicians.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to relocate to Halethorpe, MD before starting.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite management, including staging equipment, assigning personnel, and supervising technicians.
• Perform and oversee mitigation processes following IICRC standards and company procedures.
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct final walk-throughs with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Review, complete, and ensure accuracy of job documentation, scopes, and required signatures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls.
• Train and mentor production technicians in processes, equipment use, safety, and customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
• Control costs, protect company assets, and document usage within budget.
• Enforce safety practices, PPE use, and adherence to company policies.
