Job summary

Thomasville Restoration, LLC is seeking a Mitigation Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish on-site in Baltimore, MD. You will schedule crews, review scopes, and ensure work adheres to Thomasville Restoration, LLC processes.

You will develop accurate job estimates, coordinate production and subcontractors, and coach crews on IICRC standards while managing client communications and keeping management informed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mitigation production and crews.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Knowledge of mitigation processes, equipment, and materials.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Commitment to training and IICRC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobs from start to finish, scheduling crews and reviewing scopes.
• Develop accurate job estimates including labor, materials, and scope.
• Coordinate production and subcontractors to meet standards and deadlines.
• Perform crew chief duties when needed.
• Lead and train Crew Chiefs, Lead Technicians, and Technicians.
• Maintain safety, ensure documentation and customer communication.
• Control costs and ensure profitability within budget.
• Maintain clean and respectful job sites.
• Participate in on-call emergency response.
