What You’ll Do

• Lead jobsite management, including staging equipment, assigning personnel, and supervising technicians
• Perform and oversee mitigation processes following IICRC standards and company procedures
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs with professionalism and empathy
• Conduct final walk‑throughs with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Review, complete, and ensure accuracy of job documentation, scopes, and required signatures
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
• Train and mentor production technicians in processes, equipment use, safety, and customer service
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites
• Control costs, protect company assets, and document usage within budget
• Enforce safety practices, PPE use, and adherence to company policies

Who You Are

• IICRC Certification (required)
• Disaster restoration experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate field technicians
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to relocate to Halethorpe, MD before starting
