Paul Davis Restoration in Appleton is seeking a Mitigation & Contents Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Mitigation & Contents team, developing people and improving performance during stressful times.

You will coach Project Managers and field leaders, drive department profitability through scheduling and job costing, ensure safety and quality, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across projects.

What You'll Do

As the operational leader for the Appleton Mitigation & Contents department, you will:

• Lead the daily operations of the department while ensuring exceptional customer service
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and support staff
• Drive department profitability through effective scheduling, resource planning, job costing, and operational efficiency
• Support complex mitigation and contents projects while helping teams solve challenges in the field
• Monitor quality, safety, documentation, and compliance across all projects
• Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, adjusters, vendors, and referral sources
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
• Partner with Business Development and Reconstruction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
