Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer information systems and at least 4 years of related experience. Qualifications

• 4+ years related remote and/or field work experience.
• Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification preferred.
• CCNA or SonicWall equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite escalation technical support for Managed IT clients.
• Respond to support requests escalated by the Service Desk Engineers.
• Troubleshoot according to best practices and standard operating procedures.

Skills

Active Directory and Windows Server administration

Azure infrastructure design and administration

Network design, implementation, and troubleshooting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

Bachelors/associate degree in computer information systems
